2004 - CallPoint founded in Sofia by Xavier Marcenac, Philippe Ougrinov and Olga Marcenac;
2007 - CallPoint Romania founded in Bucharest, by Yann Bidan and Grégoire Vigroux;
2009 - Opening of the second site in Bulgaria, in Plovdiv;
2011 - EBRD becomes shareholder in CallPoint;
2012 - Opening of the second site in Romania, in Craiova. CallPoint joins TELUS International;
2013 - 1,000 employees at European level, about 16 000 employees around the world;
2014 - CallPoint becomes TELUS International Europe;
2015 - About 2 000 employees in Europe.
2016 - About 25 000 employees globally.
